 Steps:

1. Determine the desired width of fabric border for blinds. Double this number and add a little extra for folding under raw edges. Using this width, cut a strip of fabric the length of the blind.
2. Fold strip of fabric in half.
3. Turn under raw edges and secure with seam tape.
4. Tape off the blind to keep spray adhesive off the main area of the blind.
5. Spray the edge of the blind with adhesive and wrap the fabric over the side of the blind, snuggling the fold of the fabric up to the edge. Press down the fabric on the front and back of the blind.
