Ingredients
6 paisalt according to taste
1 tsp haldi powder
1tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup cornflour (starch)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a pot,add 5-6 glasses of water and leave on
very low heat to tenderize.
When sort add cornflour to thicken stirring
all the time to avoid lumps.
Yogurt can be used to thicken.(optional)
Fry onion in a little oil and add to dish.
Garnish with fresh dhuniya, green chili and ginger
